Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Yamine, operated by Yamine Ltd. Read them together with the Privacy notice, About AI and Your content and sharing.
The service
Yamine helps you understand places, keep personal records and organise or share travel material. You agree to these terms when you create an account or use the service. You must be 16 or over to use Yamine. You must also be able to enter into this agreement, or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.
Your access
Keep your account credentials private and tell developers@yamine.app if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. You can stop using Yamine and request account deletion through Settings > Account or the public account-deletion page.
Content and rights
You retain your rights in material you provide. You give Yamine permission to store, process, display and share it only as needed to provide the features and choices you request, handle support and meet legal obligations. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share it. Feedback may be used to improve Yamine.
Yamine’s software, design and authored material belong to Yamine or its licensors. Maps, provider listings, linked media and other third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. These terms do not give you a right to scrape or bulk redistribute provider content. Your own data export is available through Account.
Using information responsibly
Guides, AI answers, maps and imported booking or expense suggestions can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Review imported items before saving them. Check consequential visa, entry, health, safety, financial or legal decisions with the relevant official source or qualified professional. A saved booking is your record, not confirmation from an operator. Yamine is not an emergency service or a guarantee that a place, route or activity is safe or open.
Shared spaces
Do not share unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or exploitative material, disclose someone’s private information without permission, or infringe another person’s rights. Use Feedback or developers@yamine.app to report a concern. We may restrict access to content or accounts when necessary to investigate a report, protect people or comply with law. See Your content and sharing for the controls available to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Yamine useful and available, but features and external providers can change or be unavailable. We may make changes or suspend affected access for maintenance, security, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. Where practicable we explain a material change before it affects you. The current terms and date are available here.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, a provider’s independent content or availability, or business loss from personal use of the service.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your country of residence. Yamine Ltd’s registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; company number 17383120.
